Refund Requests
Contact support within 14 days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing an item, or materially different from what was ordered.
How to Request
Email support@goolia.shop with the order number, checkout email, a description of the issue, and clear photos when relevant.
Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment providers usually post funds within 5-10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, consumed, perishable, final sale, gift card, and used items may be non-returnable except where required by law.
